Thank you for visiting the site. I'm Ross, allow me to tell you a little bit about myself:
I love learning about people's goals and motivations, the context in which they live, work, or play, and the ways that they think about problems and solutions. The disciplines that I have practiced throughout my career are diverse: marketing, branding, UI/UX, web/digital design, analytics, management, sales, and photography. I am an empathetic leader who enjoys being a part of different aspects of a project, ultimately managing the vision of the work through collaboration. I also love music.
My mission statement: "Forever Alive, Forever Forward"
After 14 bluebird days trekking through forests, across rivers, and over glaciers on a mountaineering trip in the remote Andes with the National Outdoor Leadership School, the unpredictable Patagonia weather lived up to its reputation and relentlessly battered our glacier campsite for nine straight days. Operation Hunker Down was in full effect, and I was loving it. Between digging out the tent, rebuilding the rock-wall, visiting other tents, cooking, and playing games, I devoured the only book I brought, Walt Whitman’s “Leaves of Grass.” The impact of Whitman’s lifework has been immeasurable, and one line from the poem “Song of the Open Road” has become my personal decree: “Forever alive, forever forward.” For me, those four words have come to mean thinking critically and creatively, loving unconditionally, and living simply, in regards to oneself, all other human beings, and the world we inhabit.
